[Mediawiki-l] 16 character limit for 1.5b1 group names.

So I got around to installing MediaWiki 1.5b1 on my test server and it
looks really fantastic. The fine-grained user groups will make it
easier to give exceptional users extra features such as the ability to
protect pages without also giving them the ability to go rogue and
delete everything. :)

However, my two top level groups were 18 and 22 characters long. Is
there any way that the maximum amount of characters could be increased,
perhaps to 32?

Basically, the full group names show up on the Userrights editor, but
once assigned, they are truncated to 16 characters and since that
truncated group does not exist, the user only gets the global rights
defined in the array.

Also, even though they are a member of that truncated group name, it
does not show up in the userrights page to allow removal. In all other
regards, it seems to work great.

Should I file a bug report?
