[Mediawiki-l] Changing "Images" to "Documents"

I hope to use MediaWiki in a corporate environment, and as such, we'll
have a lot more people uploading documents instead of images. Can I
somehow easily change all references to "Images" (like in the search
options and all) to say "Documents" or "Files" instead?
