HTML doesn't include a standard way of doing this. There are several
possibilities:
* Use the non-standard <multicol> tag (only works if your visitors all
use Netscape 4!)
* Use tables of a particular size
* Use CSS styles and <div> blocks of particular size

Google around for things like 'HTML column layout' and you'll probably
find lots of advice.
