[Mediawiki-l] moving to another sub-domain

I have a MediaWiki setup at old.domain.com
I want to move it to new.newdomain.com
All other details should stay the same(including database info)
Both domain.com and newdomain.com are both hosted by the same company

Can I just move all files from one subdomain to another? Is there any other
changes I need to make?
