It's very nice, please open a bug in http://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/
and attach a unified diff to it, it would also be very nice if you
could make it an actually extension (it's probably possible
using/adding $wgHooks to the core files you modified.

The only problem I've seen with it so far is that the selection menu
tends to flow off the bottom of the screen.
