I see both REL1_4 (the 1.4 release branch) and REL1_4beta6 (the 1.4b6
release tag) in the viewcvs.  SF anonymous CVS is a few hours lagged behind
the main repository, so if you checked immediately after the release, it
probably wasn't there.
