[Mediawiki-l] MediaWiki as a blog?

Similar behaviour could be achieved with user pages. I would support
(and perhaps code a patch for, even if not to be included in the main
code) a feature whereby ordinary users can only edit their own user
pages, while allowing sysops to edit other user's user pages as
needed.
