My link *should* have been to the finished version of it which applied
to 1.5.x - I cleaned it up myself a while back, and a few others have
added to it/corrected typos etc. Basically, I linked to that clean
version, minus the template clutter; apologies if I clicked on the
wrong revision or absentmindedly copied the wrong URL or whatever.

I think the confusion over DefaultSettings.php comes from him not
removing this thread's subject before responding to some other query.
