[Mediawiki-l] Change the Navigation Bar

Hi,

Im using:

MediaWiki: 1.5.3 
PHP: 5.0.5 (apache2handler) 
MySQL: 5.0.15-nt 

And I like to Change the Navigation bar on the left hand side, but I
didn't figure out how.
Can anybody help me?
