Hello,
Sometime ago, some french wikipedians made OpenOffice and MS Word macro
to export text to MediaWiki syntax. I have never tested them and their
are only available in French AFAIK.

The lastest Word template is 0.52 which can be downloaded at:

Seems it has been made by Aoineko (a french user living in japan, often
connected on irc).
According to the french page it should be able to convert:
version 0.4:
_ bold text to '''text'''
_ italic text to ''text''
_ underlined text to [[text]]
_ title1 to == text ==
_ title2 to == text ==
_ title3 to === text ===
version 0.51:
_ convert list to * and # syntax
_ tables to wikisyntax tables
_ add a toolbar
Let me know if you need more description / english translation.
cheers,
