[Mediawiki-l] How to Change New Login Email Message

I'd like to change the message that is emailed when a new user is
created. The current emailed message is:

On 8/4/05, name at somewhere.org<name at somewhere.org> wrote:
Someone (probably you, from IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)
requested that we send you a new xxxWiki login password.
The password for user "username" is now "xxx123". 
You should log in and change your password now.

I'd like to add a short message that contains the URL of the Wiki homepage. 

Anyone know how?
