You can also use a web spider like http://www.vigos.com/products/gsitemap/
to crawl your site and generate a sitemap.  I haven't tried this with
mediawiki however so ymmv.

I have made a script that generates a sitemap for a 1.5 installation.
Changing it to work with 1.4.x should be trivial.  See it in action at
http://wiki.case.edu/misc/googleSiteMap.php.  The source code is at
http://wiki.case.edu/misc/googleSiteMap.phps.
