I forgot to mention:  I'm running on my site:

Apache 2.0.52
MediaWiki: 1.4.0
PHP: 4.3.9 (apache2handler)
MySQL: 4.0.21-log


http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Version current says:

MediaWiki: 1.4.1
PHP: 4.3.11 (apache)
MySQL: 4.0.22-log

(I don't know its web server info.)
