[Mediawiki-l] how to create a page whose name includes a question mark symbol

Is it possible to create a page that includes a question mark symbol? e.g. 
to create the page "What is life?"

I was trying with this: "¿Y qué es la felicidad?" and there is no problem 
with the first caracter but the final "?" doesn't work.
