[Mediawiki-l] delay announcement: ENotif and EAuthent for 1.4

I am busy with back-porting ENotif [1] and EAuthent [2] (email 
notification and authentication) from 1.5 to 1.4.

It will be delayed some days. If you have questions or suggestions,
