I offer MediaWiki hosting for EUR 15/month (5 GB space, 5 GB traffic, no  
setup fee). In the interest of NPOV, Gabriel Wicke provides a similar  
service at the same monthly rate (5 GB space, 3 GB traffic, 49 EUR setup  
fee). We are both MediaWiki developers. His page is at wikidev.net, mine
