I am receiving an error message:

Could not copy file "/var/tmp/phpzawcdM" to
"/Users/wiki/Sites/mediawiki/images/a/a8/Map_of_USA_highlighting_Wyoming.png
".

I did all of the above, however am still getting this message and cannot
upload.
