[Mediawiki-l] IP Block fails under certain circumstances

Hi there,

I have verified that from an IP, blocked by a sysop in it.wiki, it is
sometimes possible to create new pages and, additionally, the system
allow the blocked user to continue modifying the newly create pages.

Enclosed a couple of logs:

di 4 hours (vandalismo su 3 pagine)
