[Mediawiki-l] Installation problems

Hi

I try to install MediaWiki on a VServer with Suse und Apatche.

On every page it write "Warning: is_writable() [function.is-writable]:
open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/tmp) is not within the allowed
path(s): (/srv/www/web2/) in
/srv/www/web2/html/wiki/mediawiki/PHPTAL-NP-0.7.0/libs/PHPTAL.php on line
77".
I think this is a problem of savemod. In php.ini is safe_mode off.

Please help me
