[Mediawiki-l] 1.3.0beta4 does not run either

I have installed 1.3.0beta4 and run the .sql scripts necessary to 
upgrade my db.

When I go to my index, I get this:

Like 1.2.6, it is looking for the php files in the wrong places. is 
there any way to stop mediawiki from having hard-coded or incorrect 
script links?
