[Mediawiki-l] Spell check

<rant>Spell checking really shouldn't need to be done by websites. It 
is the sort of thing that should be handled by the browser or, better, 
the GUI.</rant>

Having said that, some kind of spell checking for people who don't 
access to a browser with that built in would be handy.
