[Mediawiki-l] To kill or not to kill

This process seems to take too much time (almost 2 hours so far) to complete

[Command] Query  [Time:] 7154  [Status] Repair with keycache  [SQL-query]
ALTER TABLE searchindex ADD FULLTEXT si_title (si_title), ADD FULLTEXT
si_text (si_text);

Meanwhile I don't see any changes in the Index Space Usage (8,626 KB).
Is that normal for an En Wiki dump, or I should kill it and restart it
manually?
