Hi,

I've now finished setting up renderd properly on ptolemy.  This runs
under the "osm" account, and is installed in $HOME/renderd/.  Anyone in
the osm MMT can edit the config to change or add styles.  (Right now
that's only me and mazder, but additional maintainers would be welcome.)
