[Licom-l] Mediawiki Licensing Options

It would probably be a good idea to file this as a Mediawiki bug:
https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/

I would suggest removing the GFDL options entirely (as they are not
appropriate licenses for media files and the issue of Wikipedia
compatibility is now moot).
