[Licom-l] Sj as Outreach Coordinator?

I'd like to invite Sj (Samuel Klein) to join licom with the nominal
title of Outreach Coordinator.

Outreach is something we badly need to working on, and judging from
his comments at Foundation-l and work at [[m:Licensing
update/Outreach]], I'd say he is interested.

Any objections?
