[Licom-l] Foundation-l

It occurred to me that I don't think everyone on licom-l is also
subscribed to foundation-l.

So in case you missed it, the Board adopted a resolution supporting
migration with a target date of June 15th.

Foundation-l has also included other discussions and much thanking of
everyone who has worked on this project.
