[Licom-l] Welcome Ryan, Mike

[Erik Moeller]

I've added Ryan Kaldari as a member. He's particularly interested in
the process for updating licensing templates and instructions on
multimedia.

I've also added Mike Godwin, our General Counsel, to help answer
questions and facilitate process.
