[Licom-l] outreach: opengeodb

While updating the upload form license options I noticed that several
of the forms had an option for Template:GFDL-OpenGeoDB. This template
has the following notice on it:

"This image was generated with http://opengeodb.hoppe-media.com/.
Permission to use it under GFDL was given by its author Akl." Akl

We need to contact him and ask if he'll agree to switch opengeodb from
GFDL to CC. Anyone know German?
