[Licom-l] updating the upload forms

I updated http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Licenses to
remove most of the GFDL options (per discussion at Commons), however,
it looks like this only changes the options for the "main upload form"
(http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Upload). Does anyone know
where the options for all the other upload forms come from? Like
http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Upload&uselang=ownwork

Any help would be appreciated.
