[Licom-l] Transition cut off date

The party begin on the 15th, but we have till Aug. 1st to get things in order.

What should we do about media files uploaded under the GFDL between
these two dates?

Personally I think it would be less trouble to set June 15th as a hard
cut-off for media files, so that we aren't working with a moving
target. However I can see an argument for continuing to transition new
uploads all the way up to the cut off.

Other thoughts?
