[Licom-l] Opt-out

Hello,

I just spoke with Multichill about this, but our bots are respecting the 
{{GFDL|migration=opt-out}}  tag, so the bot will only change the images 
when users did forget to place the tag.

I/we are thinking to help people with changing the license back with a 
bot when people forgot to add the tag, but that would be done when we 
are done with all the images. We are currently on 25% of all images.
