[Licom-l] The end of the beginning

Congratulations to launching the vote today - thanks all for making it
happen. :-)

I'm just back from Germany but will try to poke at some open questions
tomorrow. It occurs to me that we probably want to point people to a
standard place to ask questions and raise issues, and I suggest
sticking with Talk:Licensing update for now as that's where most of
the action already naturally gravitates.

Also, Robert, do you want to send an announcement of the vote to
foundation-l? I'm also happy to draft up something.
