Andrew,
The correct sequence of magic, I believe, is to start at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:SecurePoll (or a similar WMF wiki
were you have an account) and then when you hit vote it will jump you
over to SPI with the correct account information showing you are
qualified.
