Looking at the headers, the Received: header from tools-mail is missing, which suggests that this email was stuck on tools-cron-01. This is what I think happened:</div><div><br></div><div> - On August 20, there was some sort of outage, where tools-cron-01 could not deliver emails. After retrying delivery, tools-cron-01 gives up, and tries to send a 'failed' email</div><div> - The 'failed' email can also not be delivered. This email ends up in an error queue and stays there</div><div> - Last week, the box was rebooted, and a large number of these failure emails get sent out.</div><div><br></div><div>I'm not 100% certain about this (your email did not include the headers of the <span style="font-size:12.8px">Mail Delivery System</span> email), but in any case, mail from tools-cron-01 seems to be currently functional.</div><div><br></div><div>Merlijn</div></div></div></div>
