In the event of a weekend or after-hours major incident, are alerts sent to #wikimedia-operations automatically? <br><br>I am concerned about having Cluebot down for any length of time due to the degradation in article quality from vandalism if Cluebot is down, and I am also concerned about the amount of volunteer time spent on vandalism cleanup when Cluebot is down. Not for (most of) Labs, although major infrastructure outages will cause alerts.<br>
<br>
That said, if something breaks that causes a major disruption in Labs, you are likely to be able to get some help from the other members of the operations team who, if nothing else, can ping one of us. While weekend coverage is spotty, the operations team cover a very large range of timezones and it's generally easy to get hold of /someone/ in #wikimedia-operations<div class="HOEnZb"><div class="h5"><br>
