I'd love to offer round-the-clock support, Gerard, but we simply do not have the staff to do this. Between the three of us, we cover about 12-14 hours 5 days a week (given timezones); we'd need to more than double our staff to realistically cover al 168 hours.<span class="HOEnZb"><font color="#888888"><br>
