Hello!

Catscan2 worked badly recent 3 weeks. It retrieves lists with a big delay and if you set a deeper depth (4 and more) it can't handle request.
It returns
> ERROR : MYSQL error : Lost connection to MySQL server during query [INSERT INTO /* SLOW_OK LIMIT:2000 NM */ /* CATSCAN2 */ temp
or something like this (I saw the similar one with "DELETE FROM" as well). There's a bot in Russian Wikipedia which depends on this service. It updates ~700 project pages every day. Now it can update only about 20% of that and it spends about 20 hours instead of 4 hours for one run.

Jeremy Baron tried to investigate this recently (thanks Jeremy). But I didn't get his conclusion.

Is there anyone else who can fix catscan2 (or continue investigation) ?

I could try but I'm a newbie in Labs :( If no one does then I'll start myself :(
