Do you have any information on what this project is, or what it does?
"cuos" could be an abbreviation of "checkuser oversight", which are
important functions on-wiki [1][2]. I've never used a labs project in my
time as a checkuser or oversighter, so I doubt such a project would be
mission critical... but still, it would be worth checking.
