[Labs-l] Commands are so slow in Labs

I also have noticed slowness at toollabs. I asked at #wikimedia-labs and I
was replied this is normal due to NFS. Every simple operations which needs
IO access takes long long time because NFS.
I tried to reinstall virtualenv. Before it python was starting for 4
seconds, after only for 2 seconds. Also if you don't need virtualenv
everytime you can enable it only when you need it. Maybe /usr is locally
and not at NFS so it'll be faster.
