I am not your lawyer*, but since this email (and a few others) about React
have passed through my inbox in the past few weeks, I wrote on it here:

Hope that's helpful-

I was thinking about trying out some React on Tools Labs, maybe write and
publish some components to be re-used in other tools or by third-party
developers.

Questions:
* Am I allowed to use React on Tools Labs? The license is not OSI-approved,
though AFAIK the Facebook addendum to the BSD license does not really apply
to us.

The answer to this one is a solid "We think so but are not totally sure."
I'm referring this to legal and will follow up once we know more.

Thank you for asking!

* If so, is there an "official" way to set up React in a tool?
* node/npm versions on Tools Labs are ancient; are current versions (e.g.
node 4) installed somewhere? Or do I have to roll a new VM for this?

Thanks,
Magnus
