[Labs-l] reboot issues

I'm unable to contact the queue.  All cron jobs have not run.

Error given when doing a qstat -f:
  error: commlib error: got select error (No route to host)
  error: unable to contact qmaster using port 6444 on host "tools-grid-
 master.tools.eqiad.wmflabs"
