[Labs-l] [Labs-announce] [action required] We are removing inactive projects.

Thanks Chad.

The timeline is more generous than a single month really.

In 38 days we will consider resources who no one has indicated are active
as possible to suspend. 31 days after that if no one has noticed these
instances are unavailable we will remove them.

There are 69 days between now and any removal. 70 days from the initial
notice yesterday. We are not asking for owners or admins only. We are
looking for clarification on what is used from anyone who knows. There is
no foolproof way to do this but we are trying to be mindful.

In case some of of the readers of this list are unaware, new instance
creation is currently suspended due to capacity. We have some new
resources we are working diligently to use for expanding but they are still
a limited solution.

Thanks to everyone helping out,

Chase Pettet
