My point is: someone's always on vacation. I think the one-month window is
more
than enough for people to chime in. Also: he said that anyone could mark an
instance
as used, it doesn't have to be the *owner*
As far as not being on this list: I'd recommend that they join. Still, 1
month is plenty of
time for notifications to go out in like Tech News too.
