[Labs-l] [Labs-announce] All Clear: Labs instance security reboots on Thursday, 2016-02-18 at 18:00 UTC

Thanks to a long day spent by Chase and Yuvi, these reboots are now 
completed.

As always, it's probably a good idea to check your tools and/or web 
pages and make sure everything is still running.  Simple restarts should 
resolve most issues that you see.
