[Labs-l] [Tools] Refactored 'webservice' code being deployed today

Hello!

I'm deploying our refactored 'webservice' code today. I've spent the
last week or so testing it, and am pretty confident it is fully
backwards compatible and there should be no regressions. This is just
an announcement email to let people know this is happening, and report
issues if/when they come across them.
