[Labs-l] How can I extract triples from Wikidata?

Hi,

for my project, I need to extract Wikidata pages as 
subject–predicate–object triples (e.g. <Q7251, P569, "23 June 1912"> or 
similar), but I was not able to query this on the wikidatawiki_p database.

Is this even possible?
Does there exist a documentation of this database or can anyone help me 
solving this problem?
