[Labs-l] Trusty: tools-proxy not working?

I migrated to Trusty this weekend, but it seems my bot is no longer able to
access tools-proxy.

I am trying to access TUSC via POST via this URL:
http://tools-webproxy/tusc/tusc.php.

PHP is returning an empty response and HTTP code. This behavior is new on
Trusty, and is not occurring when I run the script via tools-login.

Could someone please assist with this?
