[Labs-l] Building a collaborative Tools directory

I believe it is time to start thinking of an 'official' directory for 
our tools.
There are already Hay's Directory 
<https://tools.wmflabs.org/hay/directory/> and Hedonil's Directory NG 
<https://tools.wmflabs.org/directory/> but none of them appear to be 
collaboratively and actively maintained.
