[Labs-l] [Tools] Changes to Tomcat / Generic webservices

Hello!

The grid node 'tools-webgrid-tomcat' has been retired (see
https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T91066), in favor of the generic web
nodes (which run Tomcat, uwsgi and nodejs). This should *not* affect
anyone running tomcat jobs (webservice and webservice2 have been
updated to point to the new queue). The new queue is also trusty, so
new versions of software are available.

You only need to change your script if you are using the 'Other'
method of running webservers (described in
https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Tool_Labs/Web#Other_web_servers).
The only change you would have to make is to change the queue name to
'webgrid-generic' from 'webgrid-tomcat' and also add a '-l
release=trusty' parameter.

Do poke me for any help regarding this.

TL;DR: Tomcat services now run on trusty, if you were running a
generic web server you would have to make minor modifications to your
code.
