[Labs-l] puppet repository cassandra submodule update

hi!
today modules/cassandra is no longer a submodule of puppet git repository
but instead a regular subdirectory.

The details are in https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T92560 and in practice
this means that puppet will get confused on the next "git pull" about
"untracked files" in modules/cassandra, the fix is simple however, "rm -r
modules/cassandra" and pulling again will work.

For self-hosted puppet masters Andrew has already removed
/var/lib/git/operations/puppet/modules/cassandra from reachable hosts so
they should work at the next update.
